Congratulations to Kate Green, winner of the 2020 Association of Christian Librarians (ACL) Research Award. Kate was nominated for her research paper titled “The Good Girls, the Bad Girls, and the Ugly Girls: Gender Roles in The Scarlet Letter."

To be eligible for this award a student must be a graduating senior who demonstrates excellence in research and has a proven record of Christian character and good leadership skills. Kate has exhibited each of these.

The SDCC & SCS Libraries partner with the Association of Christian Librarians (ACL) to annually recognize serious research scholars. On behalf of ACL and the SDCC & SCS Library Committee we congratulate Kate Green on this outstanding achievement.
